  • What is included in your rates?
    My rates include:
    • planing
    • set design
    • photography
    • basic editing (color correction, cleaning of dust and flaws)
    • one crop for one shot.
  • What type of shots are included in your packages?
    Instagram and website shots, the best examples can be found within the works I did for the brands. I will need to receive a detailed information about your project so that I could establish whether or not it is suitable for the package deal.
  • Do you work with down payment?
    Yes, I do. 50% down payment should be paid to me after I received the products and provided you with an invoice.
  • What is your working process?
    My working process looks like this:
    • you book my services, send me the products, and fill in / send me a creative brief
    • I receive the products, send you an invoice for 50% down payment, and we set the date for the shooting
    • I send you a preview of unedited shots to confirm or/and choose which ones should be edited
    • After you made the selection, I send you the second invoice for the 50% payment and any extras that you ordered
    • After the second invoice is paid, we set the date when you'll receive the edited images
    • I send you the edited images on the date we agreed upon
  • What is your turnaround time?
    The orders for 5 and 10 shots will be ready in two weeks after I receive the products, 50% down payment, and creative brief. Bigger orders or complicated project can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the brief.
  • What will be the size of shots that you'll send me?
    • Shots for the Instagram — Instagram size, not less than 1080 x 1350, cropped vertically or horizontally, depending on your preferences.
    • Shots for the website (banners) — sizes that you'll give me.
    • Print should be discussed separately.
    One crop for one shot is included in the rate.
  • I need to send you the products. What is the best way to pack and send them?
    • Pack at least 2 items of each product you want to be shot.
    • Check that the packaging and labels aren't damaged.
    • Mark the parcel as "GIFT".
    • Send me the tracking number when you'll have it.
    All delivery and customs fees, that might occur, must be paid by the client.
